PGI representatives took part in the IV international session “Cooperation in the Arctic”

On November 24, 2021 PGI representatives took part in the IV International Session “Cooperation in the Arctic”. Andrey Chibis, the Governor of the Murmansk region, presented an updated strategic plan “To live in the north! 2.0 ” and spoke about implementation of the federal projects in the Murmansk region. The main goal of these projects is development of the Barents region as an element of the global development goal of the northern territories – improvement of the quality of people’s life.

The agenda of the event included a wide range of issues devoted to the problems and prospects of the development of the Arctic as part of the Russian chairmanship of the Arctic Council.
