PGI staff participated in the 21st conference “Plasma Physics in the Solar System”
On February 09-13, 2026, the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow) hosted the twenty-first conference “Plasma Physics in the Solar System”, in which our Institute was traditionally represented by a large group of participants: Antonenko O.V., Balabin Yu.V., Belakhovsky V.B., Bilin V.A., Dashkevich Zh.V., Demekhov A.G., Despirak I.V., Kirillov A.S., Kozelov B.V., Melnik M.N., Mingalev I.V., Mingalev O.V., Nikitenko A.S., Popova T.A., Sakharov Ya.A.
During the conference, the latest results of theoretical and experimental studies of processes in space plasma were presented – on the Sun, in the solar wind, in the ionosphere and magnetosphere of the Earth and other planets of the solar system, including problems of space weather forecasting, wave processes in space plasma, current layers. A total of 29 reports were presented at the conference in collaboration with our staff.
