The technical base of the PGI was replenished with new equipment

Temperature profiler MTP-5 is an unattended, all-weather, autonomous system for measuring temperature profiles up to 2000 meters high, which does not require radio sounding data to restore the temperature profile. MTP-5 works on the revolutionary technology of remote sensing of the atmosphere, measuring temperature profiles up to 2000 m, measuring the temperature in the boundary layer of the atmosphere, starting from the earth’s surface.
