On March 23, 2021, the kick-off meeting was held within the framework of the international project “Aurora Borealis Monitoring System for the Needs of the Tourism Business” which is being implemented under the Kolarctic CBC Program 2014-2020

On March 23, 2021, the kick-off meeting was held within the framework of the project “Aurora Borealis Monitoring System for the Needs of the Tourism Business”, which is being implemented under the Kolarctic CBC Program 2014-2020. The meeting was attended by representatives of project partner and Maryanna Lahdenranta an expert of the Kolarctic program, and Yulia Korshunova, head of the Russian office of the Kolarctic program.

The partners’ representatives spoke about their institutions, scope of work, motivation for and expectations from taking part in the project. Participants discussed the work plan for the coming 6 months and each partner’s expectations from the project collaboration.
